European and Euro-Atlantic integration constitutes one of the key priorities of foreign policy of Georgia, therefore, it represents significant objective for the International Relations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The Euro-Atlantic Integration Division coordinates the implementation of the obligations within the competence of the MIA in line with the framework with the European Union and NATO, as well as prepares respective progress reports. The Division supports the MIA agencies to participate in EU and NATO programs/projects and to launch the cooperation with the European Union and NATO specialized agencies. The Euro-Atlantic Integration Division supports the implementation of activities jointly organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, European Union and NATO.
