At Tsalka Regional Division of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs two civilians voluntarily handed over firearms and ammunition.
In total the citizen handed over: Makarov system pistol, cut gun – so called “OBREZ”, 3 bullets of a machine gun and 15 bullets of a submachine gun
According to the sub-clause “j” of the first part of the Article 105 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Georgia the citizen voluntarily handing over the weapons shall be exempted from criminal responsibility.
