The officers of the Detectives Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities detained three individuals for failure to report grave crime, in particular, O.G. (DoB: 1995) was detained in Zestaponi, T.Sh. (DoB: 1991) was detained in Tetritskaro and S.M. (DoB: 1996) was detained in Tbilisi.
The investigation established that on September 2, 2016 the above mentioned individuals along with B.N at the moment of murder which took place in Vake were in the vehicle of T.Sh., witnessed the incident and failed to inform the law enforcers.
Investigation in progress on the fact of failure to report a particularly grave crime (Article 376 of the Criminal Code).
