The officers of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained father and son-Levan R. (DoB 1971) and Luka R. (DoB 1991) for illegal purchase and keeping of new psychotropic substance and drugs.
During the searching activities held in Luka R’s apartment law enforcers seized 110 pills of the so called “Bio” drug, according to expertise the seized pills contained 36,3 gr of the bio drug substance, police also seized 18,8388 gr of cannabis and 2,5681gr of marijuana. During the personal search of the detainee of Levan R. police seized 49 pills of the so called “Bio” drug, which according to expertise contains 2,3048 gr of bio drug substance. Drug test revealed that both of the detainees were under the influence of marijuana.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of new psychotropic substance and drugs, article 2601, I part and article 260 I part of the Criminal Code.
