The officers of central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigataive activities detained Levan Ch. (DoB 1974) in Tbilisi for illegal purchase and keeping of new psychotropic substance and drugs in large quantities.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s apartment, police seized 51 pills of the so called “bio” drug and 92,5716gr of cannabis. According to expertise the seized bio pills contain 2,2846gr of psychotropic substance. Drug test revealed that Levan Ch. was consumer of marijuana.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of new psychotropic substance and drugs in large quantities, article 2601, I part, II part, sub-paragraph A of the same article and article 273 of the Criminal Code.
