Director of the MIA Strategic Pipelines Protection Department police colonel Zurab Chabashvili met with Deputy Head of the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) in Georgia Erik Hoeeg.
During the meeting visitors were provided with comprehensive information regarding the principles of operations of the MIA Strategic Pipelines Protection Department and the protection measures taken in order to ensure security of the strategic pipelines traversing Georgia.
Sides discussed the long-term fruitful cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the EUMM and agreed on deepening relations. .
