The officers of the Zugdidi regional police division of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department as a result of the investigative activities detained previously convicted and currently on probationary sentence Nika L (D.o.B.: 1994) for robbery in Zugdidi.
Investigation established on June 10, 2016 Nika L. assaulted the “Nikora Trade” shop in Rustaveli Street Zugdidi, appropriated 205 GEL and fled from the place of crime.
Law enforcers detained Nika L. in several days. Police seized a knife and a mask – the tools of the crime – as evidences. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact robbery (article 179, II part sub clause “a” of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
