The officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti police department, as a result of operative-investigative and activities detained M.Ch. (DoB 1987) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition.
During the search activities held in detainee’s house law enforcers seized cut gun with 172 bullets and and electric detonator of ED type.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II part of the Criminal Code.
