The officers of Guria police departments as a result of immediate operative-searching and investigative activities detained 3 persons for armed assault committed in group: D.KH. (DoB 1997) SH.ZH.(DoB 1998) and L.G. (DoB 1990).
Investigation established that with a cold steel one of the detainees along with two accomplices broke into one of the houses located in Natanebi village and appropriated “Nokia” mobile phone and cash under the treats of liquidation. After the committed assault the criminals fled from the place of crime.
Policemen detained criminals several hours later at one of the detainee’s house located in Meria village.
Mobile phone and cash seized by police as evidence.
All of the detainees have pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of the armed assault, article 179, II part, sub-paragraph B and III part sub-paragraph B of the criminal code.
