The officers of Dusheti division of the Mtskheta-Mtianeti Regional Main Division as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities detained Tariel L. (DoB 1971) for committing murder under aggravated circumstances.
Law enforcers found two bodies on the territory of Ukana Pshavi village. The bodies were killed supposedly by means of the firearms. As a result of investigative activities the identities of the deceased persons have been verified.
As a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities law enforcers detained Tarie L. in Gogolauri village, who admitted the committed murder.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of the premeditated murder under aggravated circumstances, article 109, III part. Sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
