The Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informs that in Tbilisi on May 23, 2018 from 12:00 in relation to the event on the occasion of the Independence Day of Georgia the traffic movement will be restricted on Freedom Square. The vehicles driving from Kote Abkhazi and Shalva Dadiani streets shall move in the direction of Pushkin Street.
The ramp leading to Baratashvili Street from the right embankment is closed and traffic movement is allowed in the direction of Vakhtang Gorgasali Street. The vehicles driving from Baratashvili slope after Baratashvili Bridge shall be allowed to drive in the direction of the right embankment via the ramp leading to the vicinity of the House of Justice.
On May 23, from 03:00 am till 06:00 am, traffic movement shall be prohibited on Freedom Square, Kote Abkhazi and Shalva Dadiani streets.
On May 24, from 22:00 the movement shall be prohibited on Freedom Square, Rose Square, Rustaveli Avenue and all streets leading to Rustaveli Avenue.
The traffic movement will be resumed on May 26, immediately after the end of the event.
