Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia - Geka Geladze has a new deputy. Mariam Tabatadze has been appointed as the Deputy Minister, on a vacant position, who will lead the Economic and Logistics Departments, as well as the LEPL Health Care Service.
Mariam Tabatadze has a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Since 2018, she has held the position of the Head of Economic Department of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia. In 2013-2018, she held the position of the Head of the Budget Division of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia. In 2005-2013, Mariam Tabatadze worked on various positions at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.
Another change was implemented at the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the Special Tasks Department, where Roman Kartsivadze was appointed on the position of the Director of the aforementioned structural unit.
