Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs, Giorgi Gakharia appointed Natia Mezvrishvili as the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Parliamentary Secretary.
She holds the Master’s diploma of law. In 2007-2009 Natia Mezvrishvili was the prosecutor of Old Tbilisi District Prosecutor’s Office. In 2009-2013 she occupied various positions at General Prosecutor’s Office, in particular: prosecutor at the Department of Prosecutorial Activities Supervision, Department of Procedural Guidance of Investigation in the Ministry of Finances, head of the division under the Department of Prosecutorial Activities Supervision in Territorial Authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, head of the Division for the Strategic development, Head of the Legal Support Division. From 2013 she was the Deputy Director of the Department of Prosecutorial Activities Supervision.
Natia Mezvrishvili is the invited lecturer at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and assistant-professor at East European University.
