The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities detaned M.S. (DoB 1964) for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm and ammunition.
During the personal search and searching activities held in detainee’s apartment law enforcers seized unregistered „Femaru 37M“ pistol, F-1 hand grenade, RG-24 hand grenade, 20 bullets and etc.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm and ammunition, article 236, II and III parts of the Criminal Code.
