The officers of Adjara Police Department of the MIA as a result of immediate operative-searching and investigative activities detained A.T. (D.o.B.: 1995) on the fact of premeditated murder.
The investigation established that the accused in Kobuleti, Rustaveli Street, wounded in chest with a cold arm N.G. (DoB: 1994), who died immediately upon transfer to a hospital.
The detainee inflicted injuries with a cold arm to three persons, including Mirian Nogaideli, the patrol-inspector of Guria Main Division of the Patrol Police Department of MIA. At the moment of injury the police officer was not performing his service duties, he was in the vicinity, heard the noise and came to the scene to find out the reason of a conflict; the unarmed patrol-inspector attempted to halt A. T. and consequently was wounded in the hand.
At this moment the health condition of the police officer and other two victims is stable.
The law enforcers detained A.T. in a few hours in the village Achi, Kobuleti region.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder (Articles 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
