The officers of Gurjaani division of Kakheti Regional Main Division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained previously convicted Andria Ch. (DoB 1974) for illegal purchase and keeping and transit of drugs at bus station located in Tbilisi.
During the personal search law enforcers seized 9 packages of drug substance weighing 5,15 gr. According to the results of expertise drug substance contained 0,174 gr of heroin.
Drug test revealed that Andria Ch. was under the drug influence in the moment of his detention.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, transit and keeping of drugs, article 260, I part of the Criminal Code.
