The officers of Lagodekhi police division of Kakheti police department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained T.K. (DoB 1978) for threatening and illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms.
T.K. was taken under arrest in Ninogori village when he was threatening his wife- A.G. (DoB 1987) with liquidation. During the personal search policemen seized hunting rifle as evidence. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of threatening and illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms, article 151 and 236, II and III parts of the criminal Code.
