The officers of Tbilisi Interpol along with the officers of checkpoint “Railway Control” of the 5th Unit of Kvemo Kartli Main Division of the Patrol Police Department of the MIA as a result of jointly conducted activities detained the citizen of Ukraine Dilgam B (DoB: 1979) wanted by the Interpol of Kiev from 10.12.2015 on the international level while he tried to leave Georgia in the direction of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Dilgam B. is charged for commitment of crime envisaged by the part 1 of the Article 121(intended grievous bodily injury) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
By this time, pre-extradition procedures envisaged by the law are in in progress.
