As a result of the conducted operational measures and investigative actions, officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested T.F., born in 2000, currently under probation, on charges of domestic violence, threats, and purchase and storage of narcotics.
The committed crimes envision up to 8 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused person physically assaulted L.G., born in 2000, and threatened to kill her. The police arrested the T.F. as a result of immediate activities. As a result of the investigative actions conducted by law enforcement officers, 16 packages of narcotics and an electric scale were seized as evidence.
The investigation is ongoing under Articles 126, 11-151 and 260, Part 2, of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
