Minister of Internal Affairs Giorgi Mgebrishvili introduced newly appointed director of the Service Agency – Nika Gelashvili to the staff.
Giorgi Mgebrishvili congratulated Nika Gelashvili with the appointment, instructed him and discussed priority directions and new tasks of the Service Agency.
“Service Agency is one of the successful structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which provides quality service to the Georgian citizens and to foreigners as well. However, every system needs renovation. I am convinced that you will handle the undertaken tasks successfully and offer many novelties to the public. I would like to underline that 2017 will be an pivotal year for the Service Agency. This year, driver license examination will be held in the real time regime, which requires very subtle approach and huge work. You should take every detail for consideration and take it into account as well as the possible risks and results. I, on my part will fully support you,”-stated Minister of Internal Affairs.
Minister of Internal Affairs expressed his gratitude towards the former head of the Service Agency Dato Nikoleishvili who is currently the head of the Border Police for his service.
