Employee of the MIA Strategic Pipelines Protection Department Shalva Bebiashvili took the 1st place at Powerlifting International Tournament – “Iron Eurasia”.
Shalva Bebiashvili competed in 125kg weight category of the two most popular styles of powerlifting: bench press and deadlift and won two gold medals. Athlete lifted 180 kg in bench press and 260 kg in deadlift.
The tournament was organized by International Power Sports Union. Around 200 athletes from eight countries took part in this championship
