Due to natural disaster in Tbilisi traffic movement in the capital is changed and is restricted on some streets as follow: the tunnel near Bakhtrioni street is closed. Traffic movement is banned in the direction of Amirejibi Highway (vera New Road) traffic movement is allowed in the direction of Nakhtrioni, Pekini and Tsintsadze streets. traffic movement is banned on the right embankment of Mtkvari River.
Traffic movement in the direction of Laguna Vere from Tamar Mephe right side is banned. Traffic movement is allowed via Tamar Mephe towards "Tbilisi Central and Alexidze street. Traffic movement is banned from Tbilisi Concert Hall in the direction of Heroes Square. Traffic movement is allowed form Tbilisi Concert Hall in the direction of Elbakidze street and Liberty Square. Traffic movement from Elbakidze street is allowed in the direction of Marjanishvili street via Galaktioni bridge. Traffic movement is banned from Elbakidze street towards right embankment of Mtkvari River. The traffic flow is closed on Right Embankment on Mtkvari River at "Dzveli sakhli" restaurant. Traffic flow from Virsaladze street is allowed to move in the direction of Justice House. Traffic moving from Avlabari Square are allowed to enter left embankment of Mtkvari rever only. Traffic will move from Liberty square in the direction of Konka on a periodic basis with the aim to avoid traffic jams Traffic flow from Krtsanisi square moves only via Leselidze street and therough metekhi bridge towards left embankment. in case of traffic jams, traffic flow on Gulua street will move in the direction of Ortachalhes.
