The Ministry of Internal Affairs has detained one more drug dealer in Kutaisi.
The officers of Tskaltuno Regional Division of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Police Department and the officers of the Special Tasks Department as a result of operative-investigative activities on the basis of a judge's decision detained I.Zh. (DoB: 1976) on the fact of drug realization.
The law enforcers detained the offender in Aghmashenebeli Street, Kutaisi, while he was selling the drug to the citizen. The investigation established that I.Zh used to sell drugs systematically. The police seized the drugs sold by him as a material evidence.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and sale of drugs in especially large quantity (parts 4 and 6 of the Article 260 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
