Express branches of the Unified Service Center under the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs started to operate in Borjomi and Marneuli.
Vehicles which are equipped with contemporary infrastructure and functions of receiving electronic applications, will stay in the mentioned towns and serve locals till March 7 of the current year.
Head of the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vazha Siradze has attended the work process the Unified Service Center express branch in Borjomi and got familiarized with customer reviews.
Locals will have the opportunity to be provided with up to 50 various services within the scope of “one-window” principle, within the shortest period of time and without leaving the town, including cancelation of the resolution on suspension of driving license or altering the resolution with a fine, receiving the found number plate or consent on removing the vehicles from the special parking lot and etc.
Unified Service Center express branches have already been deployed in Kakheti and Imereti regions. Vehicles equipped with contemporary infrastructure will serve the dwellers of those towns, who were not able to receive services from the so called “12th room” and had to travel to other locations for receiving one.
The project aims to increase access to police services and strengthen the regional component.
