The delegation headed by Mr. Holger Muench, the President of the German Federal Criminal Service paying an official visit to Georgia visited the Emergency Assistance Operative Management Center “112” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The members of the delegation were hosted by Mr. Giorgi Bichashvili, Director of the “112”. The guests viewed the Center, got familiarized with the specifics of the work of the “112” operators and attended the calls receiving and reports processing process.
The guests got interested in the future plans of the “112” service as well. The members of delegation were provided with the detailed information on functioning of the Unified Emergency Number in the country.
