The officers of the Main Division Combating Illegal Circulation of Drugs of the Central Criminal Police Department of the MIA as a result of the searching-investigative activities detained Tengiz D. (DoB 1990) in Batumi for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the searching activities the law enforcers seized 492 pills of the so called ecstasy, which – according to the expert opinion – contained 24,7306 gr of MDAM (3,4 methylene-dioxin-amphetamine).
Drug test revealed that Tengiz D. was the abuser of amphetamine, methamphetamine and MDMA.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities (Article 260, VI part, sub-clause “a” of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
