On September 17-18 the training on -“Freedom of Information and Democratic Governance” (Georgian and International experience) is being held at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The training is hosted by Giorgi Kldiashvili director of Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) and Analyst, Goga Tushurashvili as well as Natia Tskepladze Judge from the Supreme Court and Maia Kopaleishvili, Judge from Constitutional Court.
From the side of the Ministry of Internal Affairs the training is attended by the representatives from MIA structural units and other officials responsible for the availability of information.
Aim of the training is to improve standards of transparency and availability of information, as well as to get familiarized with international experience and boost qualification of the personal employed in the mentioned field.
