At MIA Police Academy, special training for the employees of Operative Response Center “112” is being held on the subject of stress management. Main topics of the training include: impactive of negative stress, management of emotionally difficult calls and preserving personal psycho hygiene.
Employees of Operative Response Center “112” have to work in stressful and tense environment on the regular basis, which is why it is utterly important to control emotions and demonstrate skills of management in such situations.
Employees of Operative Response Center “112” will attend seminar of actions of people during crises situations and how stress can influence on making decision in such situation, as well as on communication and attitudes. They will get familiarized with methods of avoiding stress during work hours and exhaustion in order to be free of being stressed because of empathy towards the caller.
Training will help attendants of the seminar to make more effective contact with callers and to learn how to handle emotions during crises situations.
