Officers of the regional police departments, under their own initiative and funds assisted more than 200 families with many children handed over food provisions, household appliances, toys, books, sweets and Christmas gifts and wished them merry Christmas.
Kakheti police department officers also visited day center of the disabled persons “Life Line” and handed over household appliances, food provisions and gifts to the apprentices of the center.
Officers of Abkhazia police department have visited families of the diseased policemen and handed out New Year gifts and sweets.
Ministry of Internal Affairs traditionally assists families on the eve of the New Year. the mentioned campaign will continue in the future as well.
