of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has completed. Up to 400 employees from various branches of the Service Agency have undergone training which lasted for 3 months.Training on“Providing quality service, stress and conflict management” for the employees of LEPL Service Agency
The training included the following topics: effective service, verbal and non-verbal communication, professional stress, conflicts and solving strategy. Training participants accomplished various tasks by means of which they will provide better service and communicate more effectively with customers.
At MIA Service Agency personnel is being trained on the regular basis in order to provide fast, reliable and amplified service to the customers. Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will continue to hold training courses in the future, to improve the existing survive at the Agency.
