During crossing state border of Azerbaijan, Turkish citizen Eshki Halil (DoB 1973) was detained who was wanted by the Georgian law enforcers. Eqshi Halil was wanted by the Georgian side through Interpol, under the red notice for the crime committed under the article 182, (II part, sub-paragraph B and D, part III, sub-paragraph B and article 136, II part, sub-paragraph B. (appropriation/embezzlement, using or seling forged seal, document and etc.
The detainee was the director of „TEK-EV INSAAT DECORATION TAHHUT ICH EV DISTIJARET LIMITED when it wown the tender on conducting reconstruction works to Batumi State Theatre of Toys and Youth. Detainee violated terms of the tender and failed to fulfill rehabilitation works of the theaatre building. He appropriated 86 663,23 GEL from the theater budget by which he caused fiscal damage to the state in especially large quantities. At this moment pre-extradition procedures envisaged by the law are being held against the detainee.
