The officers of General Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs exposed employee of the Service Agency for swindling, appropriation as well as for illegal production and using of fake documents.
Investigation established the mentioned person, illegally appropriated expensive mobile phones from various stores located in Rustavi and Tbilisi by means of fake documents and as if “on the grounds of the Agency needs” and sold them afterward with the aim of money appropriation. He has already pleaded guilty.
Employee of the supply unit of Service Agency was accused under the article II part, sub-paragraph “B” and part III, sub-paragraph A of the same article, article 182, II part, sub-paragraphs “E” and “D” , article 362, I part of the Criminal Code of Georgia. The committed crime envisages from 7 to 11 years of imprisonment.
