The officers of Gardabani police division of Kvemo Karli police department as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information, detained previously convicted and currently on probationary sentence N.KH. for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms.
Law enforcers detained N.KH. on Dmanisi-Irganchia highway. As a result of the searching activities law enforcers seized AKM automatic weapon, with one cartridge and 22 bullets. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms, article 236, II and III parts of the Criminal Code.
