The officers of Kakheti Regional Main Division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained previously convicted Otar G. (DoB 1985) for swindling.
Investigation established that detainee rented 6 vehicles from two citizens and sold them lately without any permit from the legal owner.
Law enforcers found 4 vehicles in Tbilisi and Telavi and one vehicle was found on auto market, already in dismantled state.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of swindling, article 180, III part, sub-paragraph B of the Criminal Code.
