The officers of Adigeni police division of Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional Main Division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information exposed previously convicted Revaz S. (DoB 1982) for stealing.
Investigation established that Revaz S. stole 5 meters of timber 44 plants in total which was stored at Varkhani village, Adigeni district controlled by the Samckhe-Javakheti environment protection department of Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Recourses. Detainee processed part of timber in the wood processing plant located on the nearby territory. Police seized stolen wood as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing under the article 177 I part of the criminal Code.
