The officers of XI division of Isani-Samgori police division of MIA as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained turkish citizen Jengiz Q. (DoB 1957) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities.
During the personal search of the detainee law enforcers seized 28 pills of ecstazy which according to expertise contains 0,8558 of “Mdma”.
Drug test revealed that detainee was under the influence of marijuana.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, II part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code).
