The officers of Vake-Saburtalo Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Giorgi M. (DoB: 1976) for theft.
The investigation established that the detainee in Kvernadze str., Tbilisi robbed the flat of a citizen and stole personal computer, 2 mobile phones, table computer, camera and jewelry.
The law enforcers solved the fact of theft immediately and detained the accused in a few hours. The Police seized stolen items as material evidences. The detainee has pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of theft (Article 177, part II, sub paragraph “a” and part III, sub-paragraph “d” of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
