Employees of the Police Department of the A/R of Adjara of the MIA as a result of the operative-investigational measures detained Archil P. (D.o.B.: 1980) in Batumi for premeditated murder and illegal purchase, storage and carrying of firearm.
The investigation established that on May 14, this year the accused incurred multiple wounds from fire gun to Irakli A in the vicinity of 6th May park in Batumi and fled from the scene. Irakli A. died immediately upon his transfer to the hospital.
The investigation of premeditated murder and illegal purchase, storage and carrying of firearm is underway (crime envisaged by the article 108 and the 2nd and 3rd parts of the article 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
