The officers of Isani-Samgori Regional Main Division, as a result of investigative activities detained Irakli G. (DoB 1995) and previously convicted Giorgi M. (DoB 1995) for robbery.
Investigation established that on January 23 mentioned persons penetrated “Selbel” restaurant and auto-repair service building, both located on Kakheti Highway. Detainees stole various items and left the crime scene.
As a result of operative-searching activities simultaneously held in Tbilisi and Sagarejo Irakli G. was detained in Tbilisi, while Giorgi M. in Kakabeti village, district Sagarejo.
During the searching activities held in the detainee’s house law enforcers seized some of the stolen items: portable computer, loudspeakers, toaster and other appliances presumably stolen from the Auto Service.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of robbery, article 177, II part, sub-paragraphs A and B of the Criminal Code and III part, sub-paragraph A.
