The officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti regional Main Division along with Mtskheta police division, as a result of investigative-searching activities detained previously convicted Giorgi O. (DoB 1960) in Mukhrani village for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that detainee, being under the alcohol influence wounded his son, wife and his daughter-in-law on the basis of domestic conflict with the hunting. Detainee’s wife Kharula K. (DoB 1966) diet at the place of crime due to the received injuries, while daughter-in-law Eka T. (DoB 1992) diet after she was transferred to the hospital. Giorgi O’s son is currently undergoing treatment at the hospital and his life is no longer in danger.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder committed under aggravated circumstances, article 109 of the Criminal Code.
