The officers of Gldani-Nadzaladevi police division as a result of operative-searching activities detained Aleksandre S. (DoB 1994) for theft.
Investigation established that late at night on February 3, 2015 detainee illegally penetrated “Okey” store and stole 13 TVs, 6 electric heaters and fled from the place of crime. Investigation also established that on January 29Aleksandre S. also stole 6 TVs from “Smailey” store.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s apartment parts of the stolen items were detected by policemen. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177, II part, sub-paragraph A and B of the Criminal Code.
