The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of searching and investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained N.S (DoB 1995) and A.K. for drug related crime.
During the personal search of the detainees law enforcers seized 24,8018gr of psychotropic substance and 10 pills of “NDM”. Law enforcers also seized 2,3903 gr of psychotropic substance, which was ready for realization.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and selling of psychotropic substance, article 19-260, part 5, sub-paragraph A of the criminal code, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A under the criminal code of Georgia.
