The officers of Marneuli police division of Kvemo Kartli Regional Main Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Iago Ts. 9DoB 1963) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on March 19 detainee murdered his neighbor, Manana N. 9doB 1997) and hid the body.
Law enforcers detected the victim’s body in several hours after the crime took place, as a result of immediate operative activities.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, araticle 109, II part, sub-paragraph B of the Criminal Code.
