The officers of Kakheti Reginal Main Division and Central Criminal Police Department as a result of jointly held investigative activities detained Ivane I. (DoB 1986) Giorgi S. (DoB 1986) and Giorgi K. (DoB 1986) for Liability of Perpetrator and Accomplice in the case of murder.
Investigation established that mentioned persons assisted person accused in premeditated murder –Ilia S. on November 30, Ivane I. gave firearm to Ilia S. when he arrived to Georgia from England, while Giorgi S. and Giorgi K. established the address of the victim and his everyday route. Investigators ascertained that Ivane I. disassembled the weapon of murder and threw it in Duruji River. Law enforcers found the weapon of murder in the river and enlisted it as evidence.
As a result of operative and investigative activities Ivane. I. was detained in Tbilisi as well as Giorgi S. while Gioegi K. was taken under arrest in Kvareli. All of the detainees have already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of Liability of Perpetrator and Accomplice in the case of murder, article 25-108 of the Criminal Code.
