Officers of Kakheti Regional Main Division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained several times convicted in past Vasil A. (DoB 1972) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that detainee inflicted injuries to his father Jimsher A. during the conflict which took place in Ikalto village. Due to the injuries the victim died at the place of crime.
Accused person was detained several hours later after the crime as a result of immediate operative-investigative activities in his own house.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
