The officers of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Regional Main Division of MIA, along with Tkibuli police division, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Tamaz Tch. (DoB 1996), Ushang K. (DoB 1998) Gia G. (DoB 1998) and Anzor P. (DoB 1999) for armed robbery committed in group.
Investigation established that on November 27, 2014 Andro Kakabadze’s family was subject to armed assault in Kursebi village, Tkibuli. Andro Kakabadze was home with his wife. Their hands and feet were tied by the offenders, who appropriated cash and left the crime scene.
Law enforcers detained the mentioned persons in Tkibuli, as a result of operative-investigative activities. All of them have already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of armed robbery committed in group, article 179, II part, sub-paragraph “B” and part III, sub-paragraph “B” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
