The officers of the Guria police department as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities detained Nodar G. in Ozurgeti for the attempted murder.
Investigation established that detainee inflicted injury to Aleksandre A. (DoB 1965) with a cold steel on the basis of conflict and fled from the place of crime.
As a result of the searching-investigative activities the accused person was detained several days later. During the personal search of the detainee law enforcers seized the weapon of crime- knife as evidence. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of the attempted murder, article 19-108 envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
