The officers of the Gardabani police division of Kvemo Kartli police department as a result of the operative-investigative activities detained previously convicted Elnur G. (DoB 1991) in Gachiani village for illegal purchase and keeping of the new psychotropic substance.
During the personal search of the detainee police officers seized 0,38 gr of the psychotropic substance the so-called bio drug. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of the new psychotropic substance, article 260, II part of the Criminal Code.
