The officers of Gardabani police division of Kvemo Kartli regional main division of MIA, as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained previously convicted for murder Davit K. (Dob 1978) for cattle stealing.
Investigation revealed that detainee stole cattle from Vaziani village, Gardabani district with the aim of its further realization and attempted to flee from the crime scene. The law enforcers arrested Davit K. near the village and found all the stolen cattle.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing of other’s movable object by Article 177 IV part B sub-paragraph of Criminal Code of Georgia.
