The officers of Vake-Saburtalo police division as a result of operative activities detained Bulgarian citizen Mikhail D. (DoB 1954) in Tbilisi . Investigation established that detainee fraudulently deceived the operator of the currency exchange booth while counting the banknotes and thus detainee appropriated 1600,2 EU.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of swindling, article 180, II part, sub-paragraph B of the Criminal Code.
